Commercial law is one of the key practice areas of the firm, which primarily involves litigation, other Dispute resolution mechanisms and legal advisory including high stake recovery matters, matters related the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, MSME related matters along with advisory relating to day-to-day business, regulatory issues, corporate and government affairs. The Commercial law practice of the firm also involves drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements, contracts, assisting in business deals, negotiations etc. The firm understands the nature and extent of its clients’ business and the legal implications involved in the same and thus, the firm not only provides assistance on the legal side but also advises its clients in business and finance transactions. This includes drafting, negotiating and editing bilateral and multilateral contracts in simple and complex transactions.
